ABOUT US
Olsztyn-Mazury Airport holds a Ground Handling Agent Certificate (AHAC) and the status of a Regulated Agent (PL/RA/00069-01), which allows for comprehensive handling of cargo operations (excluding the handling of radioactive materials and high-risk dangerous goods of Class 7). The possibility of handling cargo operations at Szymany Airport creates conditions for the further development of both the airport and the entire region.
SCOPE OF CARGO SERVICES:
– Handling of high-risk dangerous goods (excluding the handling of radioactive materials and high-risk dangerous goods of Class 7)
– Handling of live animals
– Handling of export and import goods
– Preparation of goods for air transport and RFS
– Security screening of cargo and mail
– Acceptance of consignments for air transport
– Loading and unloading of goods from aircraft
– Loading and unloading of trucks
– Cooperation with the customs agency
– Warehousing and storage services
– Handling of required transport documentation
EQUIPMENT
– Warehouse of 400 m2
– CCTV system
– Security screening equipment with dimensions of 180 cm x 180 cm and a maximum permissible screened cargo weight of 5000 kg
– Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) system
– JCB 457 wheel loader with a lifting capacity of up to 10 000 kg
– Workstations for building ULD units
– Forklift with a lifting capacity of up to 2500 kg
